Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
If you wish to use our cosy rooms for single use, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the overnight price.
Junior suites and suites are not available for individual use.
Since 01/01/2014, the province of Bolzano/Bozen has levied the municipal residence tax (GAA) in addition to the accommodation price. It is €1.60 per person and day.
For meals that are not consumed, it is not possible for us to provide a discount. If you only wish to stay overnight with breakfast, €15.00 will be deducted from the nightly rate.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract according to the Consumer Protection Code – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation conditions:
Until 31 days before the start of the holiday, no cancellation fee will be charged, only the deposit will be retained (according to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).
From 30 to 15 days before the start of the holiday, there are charges amounting to 40% of the total amount booked.
From 14 to 8 days before the start of the holiday, a fee of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival will incur a fee of 70%.
No-shows or early departures are charged 100% of the booked stay.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (preferred payment method), by EC card, or by credit card (except American Express and Diners Club). Please note that according to Italian law Decree No. 201/2011, in force since 6 December 2011, cash payments are only allowed up to an amount of €1,999.99, except for non-EU citizens.
We try to consider your wishes as best as possible; however, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee you a specific floor, location, or room number.
On request and at no extra charge, our service team will be happy to bring your desired food and drinks to your room.
We recommend that you take our trip cancellation insurance to cover costs if something unforeseen should arise.
Something can always happen before you start your journey. If you are late in booking a hotel stay, do not arrive at all, or you leave early, cancellation fees can be incurred. With trip cancellation insurance, you are financially secured.
